This collection of oil and acrylic paintings take a deeper look into the human psyche, using mythical creatures to represent the “The Fire of the Spirit”. The contrast, hues, and glow of the paintings ignites the paintings with energy and dynamism to convey passion, inspiration, and atmosphere. The colours were also meticulously chosen to evoke elements of nature including, water, fire, sunlight, sky, jade and bamboo. The complexity of the subject and composition reflects the ever-transforming nature of our thoughts and imaginations.
