Delivery Times
Some items available on the shop offer Express shipping as well as Standard shipping. However, the option for Express shipping may not be available to you depending on your location and the combination of items you intend to ship.
Typically, Standard shipping takes between 7 to 14 working days while Express shipping takes 7 working days or less.
Shipping speeds may be subject to delays in case of disruption among local postal services.
Order Issues
If any items received are incorrect, faulty, or damaged, they may be replaced without any additional fee. Please contact us with a description and photographs of the issue.
We do not accept returns or refunds on any items which are correct and in good condition.
